Shipping Policy
An estimated ship date will provided to you upon check out. Your merchandise will be shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS). A tracking number will also be provided to you. To view your shipment, please go to www.ups.com. Shipping prices are for domestic shipments only. We do not ship internationally or to APO/ FPO addresses. Shipping charges are subject to change at any time.
Return Policy
Personalized items can not be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. It is your responsibility to review your order carefully for accuracy before checking out. Your order will not go into production until six (6) hours after order purchase. This is due to any last minute changes you may have (please call all order changes in). After six (6) hours we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they are immediately sent into production. Return requests must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please call us at (800) 222-2222 or email us at info@panrita.com with “Return Request” in the subject line. All merchandise returned must be in its original condition with your sales receipt. We recommend that you insure your return and use a reputable shipping carrier.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
Merchandise refunds will only be made in the original form of payment.
Credit will be posted to your credit card account the day we process your return.
